• LEx Scotland’s Response to ScotGov’s LDAN (Learning Disability, Autism, and Neurodiversity) Bill Consultation

The LDAN Bill consultation is a major piece of policy work being conducted by ScotGov. LEx Scotland responded, because we know it’s crucial that lived experience voices are heard in these matters. With both Directors being autistic, this issue is close to our hearts and we felt it was essential that we respond. We held an informal discussion session for other Autistic individuals to share their lived expertise and inform our responses.
