We delivered our Inclusive Training facilitation in-person to the AMMA team. They really are an inspiring bunch!
The training includes accessibility, tools & tips for making facilitation of any meeting or training more inclusive, and role play exercises to try out techniques for making sure everybody has a chance for their voice to be heard. We also include an introduction to different consensus and collaborative decision-making tools.
